Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before it is in packed/shipped. Amount paid will be credited refunded between 10 to 15 days.
Modifying Shipping Address:
Shipping address can be modified before it is packed/shipped. Modification can be made by sending an email to support@hawkpro.in
Delivery Dispute:
If there is any dispute in delivery it needs to be reported to our support@hawkpro.in within 24 hours of receipt delivery notification by our logistic partner.
Return Policy:
Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or technical faults.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must have a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories, manuals, cables, and original packaging.
- The product will be inspected by our technical team upon receipt. Returns or replacements will be approved only after verification of the reported defect.
Return Process:
Customer must initiate the return by sending us an email on return@hawkpro.in or by calling our customer care number +91 8130129200.
All returns must be authorized by Hawk customer service team in writing and the return shipment must be couriered to us within 10 days of the delivery.

General Policy:
TRIMACPPL reserve the right to decline return of products if the product has been modified/ damage or any reasonable reason.
This is governed by the laws of India, without reference to any applicable conflict of laws. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India for disputes arising out of this.
All the rights of the Policies are reserved by TRIMACPPL and can modify / alter / cease without any prior notice.
